Call and Schedule an Appointment
Appointments are available Monday through Saturday. Hours vary by doctor. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure all paperwork can be completed.

Your Initial Visit
Please bring your pet, prior medical records, lab reports and x-rays with you. Your primary care veterinarian will provide these to you at your request. Initial consultations are 30 minutes to an hour in length. If additional diagnostic or therapeutic treatment is required, your pet may require hospitalization.

Decide on a Treatment Plan
The doctor will recommend the best available treatment options and assist you in your decision-making. A detailed cost estimate of each option will be provided.

Communication
It is our goal to keep you completely informed about your pet’s diagnosis and treatment. We will also notify your primary care veterinarian of the findings, recommendations and treatment plan for your pet.

Payment Options
Payment for the initial consultation and any tests or medications is due at the conclusion of the visit. If your pet is to be hospitalized, a deposit of half the estimate amount is required when your pet is admitted to the hospital. The remainder is due when your pet is discharged. Payment options include all major credit cards, cash or check. Qualified applicants can apply for CareCredit, a third-party financing company. Please ask for details.

Continuance of Care
Our hospital is designed to be an extension of the services provided by your primary care veterinarian. Therefore, after the original referral problem has been resolved, we request that you return to your primary care veterinarian for routine care.
